Q: |
How old does our child
have to be before putting them in a jogging stroller or trailer?
|
|
A: |
We recommend that a child
be at least 6 months of age before putting him/her in any of our
strollers. Trailers are not for use with children under the age of 12
months. Children should be able to support the weight of their heads.

|
Q: |
Will my baby like the
stroller?
|
|
A: |
Absolutely!! The motion of
the stroller tends to put little ones to sleep. That is a huge benefit
if your baby is colicky or just plain cranky. Toddlers get a kick out of
having special time with Mom or Dad, as they sightsee all over your
town. They may want to take along some toys, a book, or maybe even a
bottle.

|
Q: |
Are the seat and
canopy washable
|
|
A: |
Yes
they are. They are made of lightweight, washable fabrics that can be
washed in cold water. Take them out of your washing machine and reattach
them to your stroller while they are still wet. Do not use your dryer.

|
Q: |
Are your products safety
tested?
|
|
A: |
We are proudly a member of
the JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacture Association) organization and
choose to have our strollers tested by an independent testing laboratory
to the specific ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials) standard.

Q: |
How can I keep the
front wheel from veering?
|
|
A: |
There are front wheel
alignment troubleshooting instructions in the owners manual. If it is
veering to the left, loosen the quick release mechanism and adjust the
wheel to the right, tighten the quick release mechanism. If it is
veering to the right, loosen the quick release mechanism and adjust
wheel to the left, tighten the quick release mechanism. Sometimes it is
just a fine adjustment. If this does not fix the problem, call our
Customer Service Department at 800-242-6110 and speak with a
representative.
